apartment in the White Oak area of Silver Spring. Police said
Mowatt left his apartment between 10 a.m. and noon to go to the
Bank of America on Stewart Lane and Columbia Pike. Police said he
suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. He may not have

month after celebrating his graduation from high school in Ocean
City was found Tuesday in Cape May Harbor Inlet in New Jersey,
